Maintenance intervals are agreed up front and diarised. You get one number to report a fault on, with an agreed turnaround per site, service records and maintenance reporting, warranty coordination and operator training. Every visit is recorded, so the system has a service history you can audit. As we put it in our own profile, a camera that is installed but not maintained stops being an asset within a season.
